I can’t believe that Miss Keely is 2 months over a year already. It seems like just yesterday I was taking pictures of her in her First St. Patrick’s Day dress…:)
And now here she is with a little bit of a diva attitude…
She is still such a fun little girl who has a wonderful personality & is SO loving. The days when I am home with her, I just love so much and cherish very minute. She LOVES reading, dancing, playing with/chasing the cats & watching either Elmo (Singing with the Stars), Mickey Mouse Clubhouse or The Wiggles. She still calls everything dada but the other day, I am pretty sure I heard mana & hi. I am hoping this is a big month for her and we gets some words as she has so much to say but we don’t understand. Bob and I love when she reads her books to herself in her own little language.
I can’t help but laugh when she gets angry because she has the cutest angry face & grunt. She is becoming very personable at Gymboree & loves entertaining the whole class. She loves being outside so I am looking forward to nicer weather so that we can take lots of walks to the park. She’s still a little picky when it comes to food, she could live off of water, milk, fruit (strawberries, bananas, & blueberries), banana or pumpkin bread, carrot muffins, grape tomatoes, pasta, pb & jelly, waffles, pizza or veggie patties. I think it’s funny that she doesn’t like juice but she will down my green smoothies in minutes and ask for more.
She is still sleeping from 7:00PM till 7:15/7:30AM and takes one nap from 10:40/11:00AM – 12:30-1:00PM. She loves bathtime and I think she will be either a swimmer or vet when she gets older. Her hair is getting so long and I have been putting it in a half ponytail and it’s adorable!! She loves going to stores like Target, Trader Joes, Costco & Walmart and the other day we took her to Petland to see a puppy and she didn’t know what to do with a puppy.
Well, you are probably thinking, enough talking, where are the stats for Keely, we go to the doctor next month so the weight is just an estimate…
Weigh: 20-ish lbs
Clothing: 12 months or 12-18 months, some of the pants are big in the waist (every girls dream), she still fits into some 9 month pants. Size 3 for diapers & size 3 for shoes (I think we might be going into a size 4 soon)
Favorite Toy: Teddy Bear, Baby Doll (she loves dancing with her doll), Princess Castle, tupperware & iphone
Favorite Book(s): White Sox book, Good Night Moon, Going to Bed Book, That’s not my Princess, & Elmo
Teeth: She has 8! 4 on top and 4 on the bottom but her gums are very swollen so thinking more teeth (the molars) will be showing their ugly face.
Well that’s it for this month. She is such an amazing little girl and we don’t know what our lives would be like without her. She’s still the best thing that has ever happened to me…shh, don’t tell Bob…:) Hope you enjoyed Keely’s update. Have a great day & guess what, tomorrow’s FRIDAY!! Cheers!!
