What I Ate Wednesday

Happy Hump Day everyone! Hope you are all having an amazing week so far. We have some beautiful weather over here so my week so far has been lovely. Since I know you all LOVE seeing what I eat on Wednesday Tuesday, here are some pictures…enjoy!

Breakfast – nothing like a green smoothie to start the day


(Spinach, Frozen Banana, Protein Powder, Carrots, Flaxseed and Almond Butter)

Mid-Morning Snack – healthified Banana Muffin & green tea (plus too much water)


Lunch – ANFP had a little cookout since 1. our CEO is leaving (BOO) & 2. it’s beautiful outside

(three different salads, half a veggie burger – not pictured & lots of watermelon)


Dessert – YES, please (yummy brownie)


Dinner – BBQ Chicken Quesadilla (chicken, pineapple, cheese, spinach & red peppers) with a side of guacamole & chips
