Here’s to another addition of WIAW…or what I ate on Monday…

Peas and Crayons

Breakfast of Champs – green smoothie (shared with K), half a grapefruit, small bowl of cereal (Archer Farms Granola) and glass of green tea.

Lunch – Healthified chicken salad with Wheat Thins & Apple slices with chocolate Almond Butter (YUM!)

Pre-Workout Snack – Half of a Peanut Butter Protein KindBar (not pictured)

Dinner – Grilled Chicken Sandwich with homemade fries and four pieces of chocolate for dessert (delish)
