Hey, hey!! Hope you all are having a great week so far. It’s been a busy two days so far over here but that’s always a good thing. I am going to keep this post short as I have some things to tend too so let’s get the workout party started…

Monday – 40 minutes of cardio & 30 minutes of yoga

Tuesday – 25 minutes of HIIT & Ripped In 30 week 2

Wednesday – 45 minutes of cardio (walking/running mixture)

Thursday – 30 minutes of cardio & Ripped in 30 week 2

Friday – 25 minutes of HIIT & 30 minutes of yoga

Saturday – Ripped in 30 week 2

Sunday – 30 minutes of light cardio (possible long walk with Keely & Hanker)

  1. HAPPY TUESDAY! Hope you guys have a good day today, at least it’s starting to warm up a bit! Sounds like you have a good workout going on there. What’s mine?? hmmmm well I did do a few stretches and a few abs while watching Dancing with the Stars..:-) I know gotta get motivated! LOVING THAT QUOTE!!
