WHAT DAY IS IT?!?! Hump day, YAY!! We are half way through the week and it’s time for some WIAW. I had a little celebration dinner on Monday night with some Thai since I just accepted a new career and very, very excited about it. More to come on the new position….
Breakfast: eggs with spinach, cinnamon-vanilla English muffin with almond butter, fruit and coffee
Lunch: Yogurt, watermelon, goat cheese with nut crackers & half a protein bar
Dinner: pot stickers, Thai iced tea (Hello, YUM!) and hot & spicy chicken & rice.
