Happy Toning Tuesday! Are you all having a great start to the week. I know my Monday wasn’t too bad plus I got in a little shopping time during naptime. Today, we have another busy day but during naptime, I’ll be doing 30 minutes of yoga (10lbs Slimdown DVD) and trying a 20 minute detox bath. I am not much of a bath person but pinned the detox bath awhile ago and went out yesterday to get everything I needed for it. I’ll let you all know how it goes. I am also doing a little weekly challenge this week. I am taking pictures of all my outfit for the week (Monday-Sunday) and next week there will be a Trendy Tuesday post for ya’ll. It’s great because days like today when I really don’t need to go out makes me get out of leggings and sweats so cheers to getting dressed everyday. Well now it’s time to go over my workout schedule for the week…

Monday – 45 minutes of Cardio (fast-paced walking/jogging intervals) & abs

Tuesday – Upper Body

Upper Body Workout.. You will perform 2-4 sets of each group with 10 reps of the first exercise, 12 reps of the second exercise, and 15 reps of the third exercise. It adds up FAST.

Wednesday – 30 minutes of Cardio & Hot Yoga

Thursday – Leg Workout that B-O-B planned out for me. I’ll get it to you on Friday & abs

Friday – 45 minutes of Cardio (HIIT mixed with steady state) & abs

Saturday – Total Body (TBD)

Sunday – Yoga
